A security deposit of EUR 150 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.

《國語日報》是由教育部主管的財團法人，董事會3年一任，本應於今年2月28日到期，但至今仍未完成改選程序，教育部要求盡快釐清，並考慮依民法相關規定，請求法院解除董事職務。12名董事聲明指出，董事會章程規定任期屆滿，就應改選，但林昭賢藉故拖延，拒不改選，也不主持會議，甚至逕自離席。在場其餘董事只好推派代表擔任主席，主持董事會改選事宜，並選出第20屆董事會，相關文件與紀錄將送教育部核備。

另外，聲明也重申，該報創刊以來，從未接受官方資金捐助，完全獨立營運至今。林昭賢回應指出，現任董事連任是「慣例」，若有人因退休或辭職，才從推薦人中選出遞補，他已經78歲了，再半年就要退休，因此不會繼續任職。他說，當初《國語日報》成立時，人、設備都是教育部出的，他手邊有證據，但資料還沒有整理得很完整，會再跟教育部報告。有人質疑董事會爭議與報社土地都更利益有關，林昭賢表示，他在董事長任內推動都更，是因為國有地有所限制，若不使用就會被收回，在董事長3年任內，推動得相當順利，沒有任何不法行為，是要來「搶董事長」的人有這個居心。國語日報社產業工會則希望教育部能派人出席董事會，教育部終身教育司長黃月麗表示，董事會的問題要回到董事會處理，不是教育部派人就可以解決，之前兩次會議都在處理程序問題，希望他們能實質討論。(中國時報)
